Taylor Lautner heats up one of the dual covers for this week’s Entertainment Weekly, on stands Friday (April 29).

Check out the first look at the filming of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, in theaters November 18.

“When I read the book I asked myself, How is this going to be a movie?” says Taylor, 19, who plays werewolf Jacob.

“Everyone said if felt totally different than anything we’ve done before,” added Kristen Stewart, 21, who plays vampire Bella.

“Just the fact that I’m sitting there pregnant – it’s like, wow, are we really doing a Twilight movie?!” Robert Pattinson agrees, fumbling for words to describe the plot. “It’s very, very, very strange,” says the actor, 24. “There’s just…it goes…there’s definitely, um, some interesting and weird stuff going on.”

“I really am so satisfied with the entire experience this time around,” Kristen says. “I really feel like we went through something, and it was captured. Who the —- knows how it will turn out, but that’s how it felt. We ended on such a high note, and that was the whole point of this one – to reach a state of exuberance.”

Earlier this month, Summit Entertainment and the producers of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 issued a statement asking fans not to view leaked photos from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. It seems that at the same time the statement was made, Summit Entertainment filed a lawsuit against those who spread the photos across the internet.

The lawsuit was filed against 10 “John Does,” so the studio could issue subpoenas to determine the identities of those who leaked the photos. The photos were distributed via anonymous Twitter users, which spread to various online websites. Here’s the original statement released by Summit Entertainment, author Stephenie Meyer, director Bill Condon, and producer Wyck Godfrey on April 1.

As some of you may know, pictures and screen grabs of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn as a work in progress have leaked on the internet. We are extremely proud of this film and also extremely heartbroken to see it out there at this stage.

The film and these images are not yet ready or in their proper context. They were illegally obtained and their early dissemination is deeply upsetting to the actors, the filmmakers and Summit who are working so hard to bring these movies to fruition to you in November 2011 and November 2012.

Please, for those who are posting, stop. And please, though the temptation is high, don’t view or pass on these images. Wait for the film in its beautiful, finished entirety to thrill you.

Sincerely,

Stephenie Meyer, Bill Condon, Wyck Godfrey, and Summit Entertainment

In ‘Breaking Dawn,’ fans will get the chance to see Kristen Stewart take on Taylor Lautner in a fight scene, something that was apparently a little funny to see filmed.

Peter Facinelli revealed that he enjoyed seeing the scene happen, states MTV. “[It was] very funny for Kristen. (Bella)… But you have to kick his butt a little bit,” Facinelli said, hinting at the storyline with Jacob, Bella and Edward.

But luckily, even though Stewart is quite a bit smaller than Lautner, the scene will probably be pulled off quite well.

Are you looking forward to seeing Kristen Stewart kick butt?

Incarceron is about a young imprisoned boy named Finn (Taylor Lautner) and the Warden’s daughter, Claudia, find a key that holds the way to freedom for both of them. Right now a few names for who will be playing Claudia are in the air as ClevverTV states. Personally, I think a few other names such as Vanessa Hudgens, Aly Michalka, and Sara Paxton would all be ladies who would do a fine job playing the part as well. What do you guys think? Comment below!

There are still a good five months until Taylor Lautner’s latest, “Abduction,” hits theaters, but based on the great response the film’s trailer got, we figure it’s never too soon to start thinking about franchises.

Lautner already has one strong franchise — “The Twilight Saga” — under his belt, so when MTV News caught up with the star to talk about “Abduction,” conversation naturally turned to the idea of making the action flick into a series just like the Jason Bourne films.

“You never know,” he said. “Right now, focusing on ‘Abduction.’ Just want to make it the best film as possible, really hope people enjoy it. We’ll see. There are a lot of things that would have to happen before that.”

Over and over again, Lautner has repeated that he had an extremely positive experience on the “Abduction” set, so with the film finally wrapped and fading into hazy memory now that Lautner has been so busy filming “Breaking Dawn,” MTV’s Josh Horowitz asked the star if there was any particularly great memory he had from set. “Trying to pick a favorite would be so tough,” Lautner hedged, before adding that it was his experience with the cast and crew that he treasured more than any particular scene.

“I became so close with the whole cast and [director] John [Singleton], so I mean I think I just I cherish those relationships because now I still talk to everybody that was in the movie, I still see John all the time and continually working on the film,” Lautner said. “So really I’m just thankful for the relationships I made on that movie. I met some great people.”

The future looks bright for Lautner now, with projects like the final two “Twilight” films and the upcoming “Incarceron” adaptation on the horizon, so it seems fair to say this is a young star who will be sticking around for a while. So can he picture what we’ll be talking about in terms of his career in five or 10 years?

“Oh man, I can’t,” Lautner said with a laugh. “I just hope we’re still talking!”

Would you like to see “Abduction” be turned into a franchise? Let us know in the comments section below or on Twitter!

Taylor Lautner stars as a young man unwittingly thrust into a deadly worlld of covert espionage in Lionsgate’s action-thriller, ABDUCTION, directed by John Singleton.

For as long as he can remember, Nathan Harper (Taylor Lautner) has had the uneast feeling that he’s living someone else’s life. When he stumbles upon an image of himself as a little boy on a missing persons website, all of Nathan’s darkest fears come true: he realizes his parents are not his own and his life is a lie, carefully fabricated to hide something more mysterious and dangerous than he could have ever imagned.

Just as he begins to piece together his true identitiy, Nathan is targeted by a team of trained killers, forcing him on the run with the only person he can trust, his neighbor, Karen (Lily Collins). Every second counts as Nathan and Karen race to evade an army of assassins and federal operatives. But as his opponents close in, Nathan realizes that the only way he’ll survive and solve the mystery of his elusive biological father is to stop running and take matters into his own hands.

ABDUCTION stars Taylor Lautner, Lily Collins, Alfred Molina, Jason Issacs, Maria Bello, Michael Nyqvist, and Sigourney Weaver. The film is directed by John Singleton and written by Shawn Christensen.

This is a pretty cool video! It was made by Cinthia (Cinthia95) on twitter. If you listen to the lyrics it goes along pretty well to the parts of the trailer that were used. “Kiss Me, Ki-Ki-Kiss Me” was perfect, we also loved the ending “Take me, Wanna be a Victim, Ready for ABDUCTION”.

This was previously posted back in September. However, with all the hype we figured we’d repost it!

Emily Rizzo of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania finally got to catch up with Taylor Lautner. Emily Rizzo and several of her friends have consistently extra’d throughout the ‘Abduction’ filming process at endless hours of the day. Unfortunately, when filming is in session the extras are off limits to having contact with any of the movie stars, including yours truly Taylor Lautner.

How did you get to meet Taylor Lautner?

Well, their car drove out of the parking lot and Lily Collins rolled down the window and told us to go down to the Bass Camp and we did. So, we walked down the street and then Taylor came out and shook our hands.

That’s really sweet of her to tell you guys to come down there! What happened next?

After he came to meet us we got to talk to him too and I told him I was an extra in your movie (Abduction) several days. I was also there yesterday and he said he remembered seeing me and I told him how I work at PNC Park (Pittsburgh Pirates Field) and he passed me while I was working the dessert cart!

Now the girls of the United States know who to blame if his abs start disappearing!

Hahaha, but I said “You didnt look too interested in any of it”, and he started laughing (self explanatory).

So, how many of you were able to meet Taylor at that time?

It was just me and my three friends were also there, Chelsea Schutz, Angela Thomas, and Christine Schell! We all got pictures and he said he was so glad to meet all of us. He was really sweet!

How was it on set? Also, how many days did you extra in the movie?

It was amazing being on set! Long hot days but it was totally worth it. The cast and crew were extremely nice. I was an extra 3 different days!

What is one of your favorite parts of being on the set with Taylor Lautner?

My favorite part about being in the film is definitely seeing Taylor act up close and personal and to see what he was like off camera. Being around such talanted ppl and learning about production was definitely a plus in working on the film as well.

Finally, Emily says..

It was a great experience everyone there was so friendly. I cant wait for the movie to come out. Overall it was an amazing experience and I hope you guys look out for me in the movie!

Sounds like an amazing experience! If you want to ask Emily any questions, feel free to send her a shout on twitter! Her twitter is @Erizzox3. But be courteous, don’t be upset that she can’t release any information about the movie because that is against the terms and conditions that she signed when becoming an extra.

It’s Taylor’s first lead role (outside of the ‘Twilight’ films) and a chance to show some range.

JS: It’s Taylor’s chance to really flex. The excitement about this is everyone loves this kid! But they don’t really know what he’s totally capable of doing. They don’t know he was a martial arts champion at the age of eleven. And that he’s physical. And that he’s actually funny. And that he’s charismatic and I was thinking they could see the potential in the ‘Twilight’ pictures then this is just like just letting it loose.

What did you do differently that would make him grow as an actor.

JS: What I did was really just brought him into my circle and have him really relax. We just watched movies together and talked about acting and I wanted him to see how there are people in the past that have been in the position that he’s like James Dean and Tom Cruise and young actors who evolved into young adulthood and the decisions that they make. And then we start just talking about the character. And he relaxed enough to improv for the first time. No one ever asked him to do these things. What’s amazing is that everyone doesn’t see how brilliant he is at his age at just picking up stuff. He’ll come and say, ‘I want to try something.’ And he never had a chance to do that. People just wanted him to look good. They didn’t want him to flex and do different stuff.

How was shooting there for this movie?

We shot a huge sequence during the baseball game. That was the first time I ever done that, with almost 30,000 spectators there. So I had six, seven cameras, three units, and jumping from one side of the fence into the next with Taylor doing the action while trying to make sure people weren’t taking pictures of us. Every day on the set there’s at least five, six hundred girls way off that were trying to hide out of the shot. And Taylor goes, ‘Shh, no. Be quiet, we’re trying to do this.’ The cool thing about him is pretty much every day or every other day when we shot new scenes he’d go out after work, after working all those hours. And he’d go shake everybody’s hand and take pictures and everything. I told him one time, ‘That’s what it takes.’ I also said to him, ‘You probably don’t even know who Jackie Wilson but you know who Michael Jackson was. My parents looked up to Jackie Wilson because Jackie Wilson had a theory. He would go and shake hands with everybody, take pictures with everybody regardless of who they were. And that’s what he became famous and sustained as long as he did.’ And Taylor did that.

In looking at the trailer there’s a little bit of ‘Bourne’ in this movie. With ‘Salt,’ ‘Unknown,’ and ‘Hanna,’ we’re getting a trend of that type of film. How much or little of ‘Bourne’ is in this movie?

JS: The only thing that’s in this film and in ‘Bourne’ is an espionage element. This is more like, maybe kind of like dangerous. He’s in high school not really knowing who he is. He’s forced into a life and death situation. In the ‘Bourne’ pictures that guy was a trained killer. This guy is just a high school kid who has had a little bit of physical training. But he’s up against people who are trained killers. So there’s a lot of jeopardy there.

Are you working on anything now?

JS: Right now I’m working on ‘Abduction’. Making it hot. Working on the music and the sound effects, and we’re just dotting the I’s and T’s and getting it ready because it’s going to be a blockbuster. And you know me. It ain’t just about the hype. You saw the trailer. It’s great. It’s very good. It’s a good experience. It’s been a great experience working with this cast and we’ve got Sigourney Weaver in the movie, too. Yeah. And Jason Isaacs and Maria Bello. They play his parents. There’s a scene that Jason Isaac is in with Taylor that people are just going to be like- all the little girls are going to go, ‘Woo.’

The media everywhere is going nuts for this new trailer! Taylor Lautner is back and better then ever! Check it out above! Also, you can visit the Official Abduction Website here: http://www.abductionthefilm.com/!

And there’s a reason. After Nathan stumbles across his baby picture on a missing-person’s website, he suddenly becomes involved in a world of mystery and underground spies. Not to mention, he’s been dubbed a “high value asset” by the CIA, and now he’s on the run. (Do I really have to wait until September for answers?!)

After only two and a half minutes, Taylor already looks like a bona fide action star (did you see him avoiding gun shots while sliding down that glass roof?) in this completely different, non-werewolf role. And even though I’m slightly disappointed he appears to remain mostly clothed in the movie, I’m totally digging him as an action hero. He pulls off the fighting, motorcycle riding and general badassness pretty well.

So the moral of the story: I kinda loved the trailer! What did you think? I’m sure the name Taylor Lautner alone already had you pretty excited about the movie, but after seeing the full trailer are you sold on “Abduction?” And on a scale of one to 10, how jealous are you of Lily Collins for sharing that steamy train kiss with Taylor? (OK, we know it’s acting. But that doesn’t keep us from swooning!)
