The owner of an RV dealership sued by Taylor Lautner over a customized vehicle challenged the “Twilight” star Monday to use his muscles instead of his lawyers to resolve the case.

Brent McMahon, who owns McMahon’s RV in Irvine, Calif., offered to compete in a push-up contest to settle the breach of contract lawsuit that Lautner filed Aug. 23 claiming the dealership failed to deliver a $300,000 RV on time for use as a dressing room on the set of the actor’s latest film.

McMahon and his attorney denied wrongdoing and said they will vigorously defend the case in court if Lautner, 18, doesn’t accept the challenge.

The dealership said Lautner’s camp had sought a $40,000 settlement to resolve the case, leading to the unorthodox proposal by McMahon. The 47-year-old businessman said if he won the contest, he would donate the settlement money to Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

Lautner’s attorney Robert Barta declined comment, citing the pending lawsuit.

Lautner’s lawsuit claimed McMahon’s failed to complete the customized RV on time, and it needed additional work after it was delivered.

It was unclear what upgrades Lautner sought. McMahon said the vehicle was given a custom paint job.

Lautner gained fame for his role as Jacob Black in the “Twilight” movie series. He is currently filming “Abduction” and will reprise his role as Black in the two-part “Twilight” finale.

He’s definitely one of the most marketable stars in Hollywood, and Taylor Lautner is used to getting what he wants.

So when the McMahon’s RV company from Irvine, California failed to deliver a $300,000 trailer by June 21st, the “New Moon” stud got a little cranky. Taylor had ordered the luxury trailer to use as his dressing room while shooting the film “Abduction,” according to Gossip Cop.

And now Lautner is suing the company, claiming “emotional distress” in his paperwork. We’ll see if the Irvine, California company pays up.

The ‘Twilight’ star planned to buy a customised 2006 Country Coach Recreational Vehicle (RV) for $300,000 to use while filming new movie ‘Abduction’ but has launched legal action over his “annoyance” that the vehicle wasn’t delivered on time.

The actor filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (23.08.10) against McMahon’s RV after the dealership failed to have the vehicle delivered by the agreed date of June 21.

Taylor, 18, has claimed breach of contract and fraud and is demanding unspecified damages from the company.

One of our friends on twitter happens to work at the stadium and she also was an extra in Taylor’s movie! Pretty cool that he visited her work after all, huh? Taylor was actually filming Abduction believe it or not. He was walking about several periods during the game. Would you go to a baseball game with Taylor?

Sunday’s match-up between the New York Mets and the Pittsburgh Pirates got a big dose of star power thanks to the presence of the Twilight beefcake, who proudly flaunted a Pirates jersey for the game.

Either way, Lautner turned out to be a good-luck charm for the Pirates, who won the game 2-1. Check out videos below!

In the off-time between The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’s release and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2′s filming, a few rumors have popped up that can be now be officially addressed.

For starters, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn is not formally casting with local auditions – despite whatever information you may have come across. The only casting director associated with the picture(s) is Deborah Zane, and she has set up an official e-mail account for casting inquiries. Again, e-mailing her will be of no benefit at this time because no nationwide casting call for Breaking Dawn has yet been created. Right now, no doubt, a lot of casting call advertisements are floating around, but they are scams and should be avoided.

Second of all, there is not going to be a name change for “Renesmee” in Breaking Dawn. Twilight Lexicon caught onto the rumor yesterday and received confirmation that the rumor is completely untrue.

Finally, no official release date has been set or announced for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse on DVD. Unless it is an international release confirmed by one of the international distributors, it is false and premature.

So, for now, know that this is official information regarding any potential rumors being spread about the Twilight Saga!

Twilight STAR Taylor Lautner is “extremely nice and sincere,” say Pittsburgh Steelers football players who met him at their game against the Detroit Lions on Aug. 14. When Taylor attended a game at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, he got the opportunity to meet several players, including punter Dan Sepulveda.

The Steelers, who won the game 23-7, discussed their star sighting on their blog:
Taylor Lautner, who starred in the Twilight series and is in Pittsburgh filming Abduction, enjoyed his time on the field, talking with Steelers players, coaches and even saying hi to some excited young fans.
Lautner, who told me you can’t help but get the feel for Steelers-mania as soon as you arrive in Pittsburgh, really got a feel for it at Heinz Field and soaked it all in. Among the players Lautner met were Hines Ward, Ryan Clark and Dan Sepulveda. Sepulveda told Lautner that people come up to him all of the time and tell him that he looks like him. Lautner agreed. For all of the Team Jacob fans out there, the good news is Lautner is extremely nice and sincere.

Taylor has played football he was 8, and was a junior world karate champion.
A natural athlete, Lautner represented the United States at the World Karate Association at 8, where he won three gold medals and became the Junior World Forms and Weapons champion.
“I love sports,” he has said. “If I could, I’d be on a team. If there’s an excuse to play football, I’m there.”

Lily Collins is playing Taylor Lautner’s love interest in Abduction, as Gossip Cop reported. It’s a movie, which means Collins and Lautner play characters who are a couple. It does not mean that the two have become romantic in real life, despite what the National Enquirer has insisted in the past.

According to the tab, Lautner has gotten so close to Collins during filming he’s “dumped his on-again/off-again girlfriend, Sara Hicks.” An “insider” claims he broke up with Hicks by phone and has been “gushing to friends” about his amazing chemistry with Collins. The tabs take turns trying to stir up real-life romance between Lautner and Collins, much like those perpetual rumors of Lautner-Kristen Stewart on-set love that never went anywhere. Right now, the Abduction speculation is nothing more than that.

Like any pair spending long hours together, Lautner and Collins could develop something more than a friendship, but as of now they have not. It looks as though In Touch has failed another “chemistry” test.

Over the past few months, there have been scattered updates around the web regarding The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, and some readers have asked for a concise run-down of what the knowns and unknowns associated with the two films happen to be.

First, the things that are known right now:

Two films: Breaking Dawn will definitely be split into two films, Part 1 and Part 2. There was a lot of talk about this decision beforehand and after the official announcement, but it seems that a lot of fans are in favor of the news.

Release dates: The release dates for both portions of Breaking Dawn have been announced as (Part 1) November 18, 2011 and (Part 2) November 16, 2012.

Cast: Right now, the cast includes those that are returning from Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (i.e., Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Peter Facinelli, Billy Burke, etc.).

Director: Both films will be directed by Bill Condon.

Producers: Stephenie Meyer, Wyck Godfrey, and Karen Rosenfelt will produce both films.

Filming locations: Breaking Dawn (presumably both parts) will be filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Filming dates: Production Weekly recently announced that filming would take place from November 1st until March 15th – at least for the Baton Rouge location. Gossip Cop also shot down rumors that there was a delay.

Now for things that are unknown:

3D: It is not known yet whether one or both parts of Breaking Dawn will be shot in 3D. Producer Wyck Godfrey has spoken up to suggest that it is being considered, but no officially announced decision is available on the issue just yet.

Length: Run time on the films hasn’t been announced yet, and it probably won’t until post-production of the first at least.

Cast: Additional castmembers for Breaking Dawn (aside from those returning from the prior films) have not been announced, nor have any casting calls. See Twilight Lexicon’s recent piece for more information on this. Right now, IMDb has listed Xavier Samuel (who was “Riley Biers” in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) as a castmember for Breaking Dawn, but his character is killed in the events of Eclipse, so this would be unlikely (unless for flashbacks or photographic reference). Also, another actor has been added to IMDb’s page (Michael Avmen as “Eleazar”), but this is unconfirmed.

As more information becomes available, it will of course be offered here.

UPDATE: It’s been confirmed that “Riley” will not appear in either part of Breaking Dawn.
